CoEfficient provides Energy Advisor services to homeowners of new and existing homes for:

Rebate Programs for Energy Efficient Upgrades to Existing Homes

  • Rebates of up to $10,000 are available through CleanBC’s home retrofit programs

  • As program qualified Energy Advisors, we can help maximize the rebates available to you by performing an EnerGuide energy evaluation of your home

Blower Door Airtightness Testing

  • Air leakage is the source of several problems in our buildings, including lower durability, discomfort, and excessive energy consumption.

  • Airtightness testing can help identify and diagnose the source of air leakage in your home.

REUP for City of Vancouver

  • As per the City of Vancouver permitting process, all renovations of over $20,000 in value require an EnerGuide energy evaluation and an Energy Advisor to fill out the REUP form to submit with your permit application.

  • In providing these services, we help you meet your permit requirements quickly and at the lowest possible cost.
